Refunds: We understand that sometimes you may receive a defective or damaged product. If this is the case, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product. Our dedicated service provider will get in touch with you and provide you with return authorization details and instructions on how to return the product.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment, including any shipping charges you may have incurred.
